A Collector of Senegalese Jewelry Tells Her Story

he exhibition “Good as Gold: Fashioning Senegalese Women,” showcasing jewelry created by master goldsmiths in Senegal in the early and mid-20th century, opened on Oct. 24 at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of African Art. It will remain on view through Sept. 29, 2019.

Sunflower Bakery and Cafe Sunflower are dedicated to providing skilled job training and employment for adults 18+ with learning differences in production baking and front of house and business operations.
